About us

Kaluzynski & Madeja evolved from Poland's oldest executive search firm, founded in 1991. We offer executive search and assessment services to large and medium sized international and Polish organisations. We also provide interim management, coaching and career advice.

Our business is located in a beautiful historic hotel house close to the Mariensztat square, just a five-minute walk to the Presidential Palace and the Royal Castle. Our team is highly experienced and we enjoy an inspired atmosphere. The firm has been active since 2002, under the Kaluzynski & Madeja brand name. In 2009, we joined Odgers Berndtson, one of the most successful global executive search networks in the world, and represented them for 10 years as their Polish office. As of April 2019, we left the Odgers Berndtson Group and expanded our geographic territory becoming a hub for CEE. The Odgers Berndtson network consists of a federation of independent firms and over the period of 10 years as network members Kaluzynski & Madeja Sp. z o.o. owned the licence for Poland. We leave the Odgers Berndtson network on good terms and will continue to support our former colleagues as required.

Following this expansion, we are free to reach other geographies as our territory is not limited to Poland. From our office in Warsaw we are able to serve clients in Poland and across CEE. This move aligns us with our Clients’ expectations to work cross border providing the best talent in a seamless recruitment process where we control each aspect of the search. As an independent boutique we are agile, fast and well-adjusted to today’s volatile markets.
