History
Kałużyński & Madeja evolved from Poland's oldest executive search firm, founded in 1991. The firm has been active since 2002, under the Kałużyński & Madeja brand name. In 2009, we joined Odgers Berndtson Group, one of the most successful global executive search networks in the world. Unlike the major top retained executive search practices worldwide, Odgers Berndtson works largely on a partnership model, with most national businesses independently owned by their management.
