Grazyna Sopala, co-founder of Kaluzynski & Madeja. She conducts searches for clients across sectors including financial services, TMT, FMCG and Industrial.

Earlier in her career, Grazyna worked at Citigroup's Corporate and Investment Bank in London as a Relationship Manager for UK-based banks. Prior to this, Grazyna was with Citibank in Chicago covering US-based multinationals, and in Warsaw where she worked in Credit Risk, Treasury, Macroeconomic Research and in the Strategic Corporate Clients Department.

Grazyna holds a Master's degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Psychology from the University of Warsaw. She speaks fluent Polish and English.
